Men are at a disadvantage in divorce court. The disadvantage is cultural on one side, but on the other, women file for divorce twice as often as men. If this has happened to you, you need to get past it – it is time to end the relationship. Here are some things to do.

1. Learn to say positive things to yourself. Often when a divorce hits, it hits self-esteem hardest. You need to counter this with positive things to say for and about yourself.
